    Open the installer

    Use the published DMG on macOS or EXE on Windows, then complete the operating-system installation flow.

    Sign in to your account

    Your desktop session connects to the same account that holds your meeting history and prepaid live-time balance.

    Complete readiness

    OpenWindow checks microphone, screen capture, and system audio before allowing the first live meeting to begin.

03 PERMISSION-AWARE SETUP

Nothing important
is hidden behind “Allow.”

Each requested capability has a visible purpose. OpenWindow rechecks the complete set at launch, after returning from Settings, and immediately before a meeting starts.

Microphone

Captures your voice for the live transcript. The app shows whether the OS permission and an actual input device are ready.

Adds permitted visual context. On macOS, newly approved screen recording may require OpenWindow to quit and reopen before the real probe succeeds.
