02What happens when my balance reaches zero?
A meeting already running may continue for up to 10 minutes. After that it stops safely, and another meeting cannot start until your balance is positive.
03Does reconnecting cost extra?
No. Disconnected time is excluded, and reconnects resume the same server billing session.
04Can I buy more during a meeting?
Yes. Confirmed credits are added to the same account and automatically repay any outstanding emergency usage.
05How is a purchase confirmed?
Stripe processes the payment, and OpenWindow verifies the checkout through the server before updating your balance. A redirect alone never marks a purchase successful.
